How to Make Vegetarian pizza

Instructions

    Step 1
  • Put the baking powder in 150 ml of warm water and a cockroach of flour, stir and let it rest covered for at least 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • In a jug, put 2 peeled and chopped tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, basil leaves and a pinch of salt, process and bring to a pan with a few drops of olive oil and oregano, cook for a few minutes and let it rest.
  • Step 3
  • Add the flour, salt, oil, yeast, oregano and the rest of the warm water, put everything together until it forms a dough ball, leave it to rest in a wol covered with film for another half hour, then after that time sprinkle the table and form a circle of approx. 40 cm. Put the dough, on an oiled baking tray sprinkled with flour beforehand, prick the dough with a fork and place in a preheated oven 170•C for 10 minutes, then drain the sauce and spread it all over the base.
  • Step 4
  • As a final step, remove the base from the oven and place the ingredients as desired and of personal choice.
