How to Make Pizza cauliflower dough
Instructions
- Scrape the Cauliflower with a grater and leave it in a platter.
- Heat half a tablespoon of oil in a pan and pour the cauliflower pieces over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the Cauliflower and in a bowl we mix it with 2 eggs plus the oregano, stirring until it forms a paste.
- Cover the surface of a baking tin with plastic wrap, add a little oil and sprinkle a little flour to prevent it from sticking, deposit and spread the pasta and take it to the oven for approximately 15 minutes at 180°C.
- Cut the tomatoes and onion into slices and fry them in a pan with oil, sautéing them for 6 minutes over medium heat.
- Remove the dough from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over the surface of the dough.
- Add the cheese slices to your liking plus the tomato and onion slices and some oregano.
- Place the pizza back in the oven for approximately 10 minutes at 180°C.
