How to Make Sauteed mushrooms
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms very well, especially you have to make an effort to remove all the soil from them.
- If we have bought them whole, we proceed to cut off the final part of the stem. Then we make the thin sheets.
- We also prepare the garlic cloves in slices.
- In a pan with olive oil, brown the garlic slices and add the mushrooms. Add a little salt and leave them on the fire (better covered) for 7 or 8 minutes.
- If we see that they release water, we will drain the mushrooms as much as possible, making sure that there is some oil left in the pan.
- Stir from time to time until we check that the mushrooms are tender.
- Finally, a little chopped parsley is sprinkled on top.
