How to Make Sauteed mushrooms

  • Clean the mushrooms very well, especially you have to make an effort to remove all the soil from them.
  • Step 2
  • If we have bought them whole, we proceed to cut off the final part of the stem. Then we make the thin sheets.
  • Step 3
  • We also prepare the garlic cloves in slices.
  • Step 4
  • In a pan with olive oil, brown the garlic slices and add the mushrooms. Add a little salt and leave them on the fire (better covered) for 7 or 8 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • If we see that they release water, we will drain the mushrooms as much as possible, making sure that there is some oil left in the pan.
  • Step 6
  • Stir from time to time until we check that the mushrooms are tender.
  • Step 7
  • Finally, a little chopped parsley is sprinkled on top.
