How to Make Teriyaki tofu with vegetables and mushrooms

  • Cut the zucchini, onion, broccoli, tofu and put them in the wok or pan with some EVOO and mushrooms, and let them cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, boil the brown rice for 15 minutes with a grated tomato, minced garlic and EVOO.
  • Step 3
  • When the tofu and vegetables are almost done, we make the teriyaki sauce with 100 ml of soy sauce, 40 ml of water, 30 ml of wine or rice vinegar, 1 minced garlic or garlic powder, grated or powdered ginger and a spoonful of brown sugar, pan or honey. Mix everything and throw it into the pan or wok so that the tofu and vegetables absorb the sauce and give them flavor.
