How many times has it happened to us, that we have heads of garlic that sprout and are lost; canned garlic is the solution to this problem, since by canning them we are enhancing their flavor and eliminating their smell while being preserved for months.

How to Make Canned Garlic
Instructions
- Heat up a non-stick pan.
- Add the garlic, pepper, salt and oil. Let them brown, not burn. To do this, cook them at a low temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Allow them to cool before pouring the garlic, vegetables and oil into a glass jar. Cover them in oil and try to crush them to remove air from the container.
- Close the jar very tightly, put it in a pot of boiling water and let it boil for another 20 to 25 minutes and let it cool down so that it is vacuum-sealed. Its lifespan once sealed is 6 months.
