How to Make Garlic sauce

- In a blender, add the eggs, garlic and salt.
- Add half of the oil and blend for about 3 minutes.
- Add 3/4 of the lemon juice and try it.
- Blend again and let the rest of the oil fall in the form of a thread. After a few minutes, when it has a thick consistency, remove it and if you want, mix it with the parsley.
