How to Make Fideuá with crabs.
Instructions
- With a splash of oil, make a sauté with the garlic, onion and pepper previously chopped very finely. We will also add green beans (I have opted for frozen green beans).
- Add the homemade fried tomato and the paella dressing. Incorporate the fideuá and impregnate well with all the sauce. We will add the broth and add as needed. We'll also add salt and pepper.
- In approximately 20 minutes, the fideuá would be ready. When there are about 5-7 minutes left we will throw out the crabs. These will take on the color tone.
- If all the broth is consumed, add water.
- Finally, we will turn it off from the heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- You'll see what a richer flavor these animals give!
