How to Make Scallops with garlic cream
Instructions
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Place the scallops evenly spaced in the pan, 8 to 10 at a time.
- Cook until bottoms are golden brown, approximately 3 to 4 minutes, and turn.
- Cook until the scallops are translucent, another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside and while preparing the cream sauce.
- Keep the pan on medium-high heat, add the butter and garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add white wine to deglaze the pan and finish with heavy cream, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and parsley.
