    Step 1
  • Remove the skin from the bananas and cut into 2 centimeter slices.
  • Step 2
  • Add the oil to a pan, heat and fry the bananas until golden brown and remove from the heat.
  • Step 3
  • Place on absorbent paper and set aside.
  • Step 4
  • Place the butter, bacon and garlic in a mortar and mash until the ingredients are integrated.
  • Step 5
  • Add the bananas to the mortar, grind them and mix well, avoiding lumps.
  • Step 6
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything until you get a consistent dough.
  • Step 7
  • Pour the dough into small molds and unmold on the plate.
