How to Make Cauliflower cake

Instructions

    Step 1
  • Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small “trees”. Boil it in a pot for about 5 minutes and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Clean and chop the pepper, onion and garlic. In a pan with EVOO, fry until well poached (add parsley to taste in the last few minutes)
  • Step 3
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the 200 ml of milk, paprika, nutmeg, parsley, pepper and salt. Then add the flour with the baking powder and make sure everything is well whipped.
  • Step 4
  • Grease a baking dish with EVOO. Cook the cauliflower with the sautéed vegetables and mix well. Add the cream we have made and stir so that everything integrates well.
  • Step 5
  • Put 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  • Step 6
  • Take the tray out of the oven, spread the grated cheese on top and place the sliced tomato. Put it back in the oven on the grill for about 7 minutes, until you see that it is golden brown.
