How to Make Cauliflower pudding
Instructions
- Make an onion and garlic sauce, add pepper and salt.
- Pour the stir-fry over the cauliflower and mix. Stir the eggs with the milk and add them to the mixture until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- In a pudding bowl or dish suitable for the oven, place a little oil on the walls of it and pour the cauliflower mixture, bake at 190º for 20 minutes.
- For the white sauce, melt the butter over low heat, add the flour and then the milk little by little, taking care to stir to prevent lumps from forming. Let it thicken and then remove from the heat, add a pinch of pepper and nutmeg. Remove the sauce from the pot, otherwise it will continue cooking and form a crust on the sauce.
- After 20 minutes, do not turn off the oven, just remove the dish and cover it with the bechamel sauce you prepared. If you wish, you can place cheese in foil. Return to the oven and remove once the bechamel sauce has been gratinated.
