How to Make Four-quarter pudding

- In a bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar and mix
- Add the butter and continue to incorporate.
- If the butter is very cold it will cost more to add it, it is better to take it out of the fridge a little earlier to make it easier to handle.
- Finally, add the flour and mix until a very homogeneous dough is obtained.
