How to Make Creole Pavilion
Instructions
- Cook the meat in salted water, with 1/4 onion and 1 garlic, let it cool and shred finely. Reserve a little broth
- Prepare a stir-fry with pepper, onion, garlic, sweet pepper, tomato and achiote. , when the stir-fry is ready, reserve 1/2 cup of the sauce, add the rest to the meat and let it cook for a few minutes; add broth if necessary.
- Heat the beans with the reserved sauce and a little cooking water until creamy.
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Fry them in the hot oil until they brown slightly and drain with absorbent paper.
- Serve meat, black beans, rice and banana slices on a plate
