Instructions
- In a pot, add the water, tomatoes, chili and garlic.
- Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Remove from the heat and pass to the blender, process until you get a thick sauce.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In a pan, heat the oil over high heat, pass the tortillas through the oil quickly without browning too much, drain and set aside.
