Surely some of you have heard of the German roast or meatloaf, as this meat-based preparation is also known and if you haven't tried it, this is the time to do it, of all the meat preparations we have made to date, this is the easiest and one of the tastiest, you just have to be aware of the cooking times to enjoy this preparation.
You can fill it with eggs, as we do in this recipe; but you can also add cheese or other cuts of meat, remember that the recipes adapt to everyone's palate.

How to Make German roast
Instructions
- Make a stir-fry, to do this, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and add the onion and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200º, heat up and down
- Soak the bread with the milk for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the meat with the bread, the beef cube, the paprika, the 2 eggs and the stir-fry.
- Butter and flour a mold suitable for the oven, pour in a layer of the mixture, put the eggs and cover them with the rest of the meat.
- Bake at 180º for 40 minutes, let it cool 5 minutes before unmolding it.
