How to Make Beef stew
Instructions
- Peel the tomatoes and remove the skin, pulp and seeds.
- Make a stir-fry, to do this, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pot and add the onion and garlic. Let them fry for 10 minutes, on low heat.
- Add the meat and sausage, make sure that they are sealed on all sides. Add the garlic and bay leaves.
- Pour in the red wine and let it reduce a little.
- Stir in the onion until soft and translucent.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and 120 ml of water.
- Dissolve the tomato sauce with a little red wine and add it.
