A sandwich based on French bread with a hamburger, so far nothing from the other world; but the great secret of this sandwich lies in the sauce and today we teach you how to prepare it, as it has been prepared for years, in a simple and easy way. How to Make Fricandela

    Step 1
  • Make a stir-fry with the onion, oregano, garlic cloves, chili pepper and salt. Once golden brown, add the boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring, on a medium low flame. Add water if it gets dry.
  • Step 2
  • Let the stir-fry cool down.
  • Step 3
  • Mix the meat with the parsley leaves and a pinch of salt. Then add the sauce, egg and breadcrumbs. Integrate with your hands until you get a homogeneous porridge.
  • Step 4
  • Heat up a frying pan or pan, add a little oil.
  • Step 5
  • Make balls with the mixture and brown them in the pan on each side and side.
  • Step 6
  • Add the 200 ml of boiling water to the fountain.
  • Step 7
  • Add the tomatoes to the platter and place in the oven for 18 minutes at 200º C.
  • Step 8
  • On a French or marraquette bread, open it in half and place a slice of tomato, on top of it the fricandela, mayonnaise, mustard, green chili pepper and cover with the other half of the bread.
