How to Make Fricandela
Instructions
- Make a stir-fry with the onion, oregano, garlic cloves, chili pepper and salt. Once golden brown, add the boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring, on a medium low flame. Add water if it gets dry.
- Let the stir-fry cool down.
- Mix the meat with the parsley leaves and a pinch of salt. Then add the sauce, egg and breadcrumbs. Integrate with your hands until you get a homogeneous porridge.
- Heat up a frying pan or pan, add a little oil.
- Make balls with the mixture and brown them in the pan on each side and side.
- Add the 200 ml of boiling water to the fountain.
- Add the tomatoes to the platter and place in the oven for 18 minutes at 200º C.
- On a French or marraquette bread, open it in half and place a slice of tomato, on top of it the fricandela, mayonnaise, mustard, green chili pepper and cover with the other half of the bread.
