How to Make Tofu sausages

  • Chop the tofu into small cubes

  • Remove the skin from the beetroot and cut into small cubes.

  • Blend or process the tofu with the beetroot.
  • Step 4
  • Add more tofu, water and beetroot as we process these ingredients.

  • Add the salt, garlic, nutritional yeast and onion powder. Blend again.

  • Add the wheat and corn flour and finish processing.
  • Step 7
  • Pour the mixture into a pastry bag, if you don't have one, inserted into a bag and with the help of scissors cut a tip as wide as you want the sausages.

  • Cut a rectangular piece of film, place the mixture on one of the edges, without touching the ends of the film.

  • Turn the sausage over the film to form a tube. Grab the ends and twist them back on themselves at the same time.
