How to Make Gluten-free and carbohydrate-free bread
Instructions
- Process the flax into flour. Add the yeast, baking soda and eggs. Whisk for about 6 minutes. Add the seeds of your choice.
- Oil a pan for the oven, pour the mixture and bake at 180º C for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before you cut it.
