How to Make Snowy milk
Instructions
- Heat the liter of milk with the cinnamon and the 5 tablespoons of sugar, stir well so that it dissolves.
- Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until you get a firm meringue.
- With a spoon and once the milk boils, take out meringue potions that you are going to cook in the milk for 3 minutes and then reserve the cooked meringue in a large bowl, repeat this step until the meringue is finished.
