How to Make Bread pudding

Instructions

    Step 1
  • Heat the milk and pour it over the bread, add the beaten eggs, sugar and liqueur.
  • Step 2
  • Melt the butter and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step 3
  • Prepare the caramel and turn it into an oven-safe mold. Take advantage and turn on the oven at 160º heat up and down.
  • Step 4
  • Pour the mixture onto the mold containing the caramel
  • Step 5
  • Place the mold inside another larger baking tray or container and fill it with hot water, in this way you will be building a double boiler.
  • Step 6
  • Bake at 160º for 40-45 minutes, let it cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating.
