Instructions
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
- Start adding the flower sugar and vanilla essence.
- Add the shredded coconut together with the cornstarch little by little until you get a paste.
- With the help of a spoon, scoop out dough and place it on a buttered tin. Shape into a cone with wet hands.
- Bake in the oven at 180º for 1 hour or until lightly browned. Let it cool and serve.
