How to Make Baked cheesecake
Instructions
- In a blender or processor, place the cookies and sugar until they become flour. Mix the flour, which you just made, with the butter and spread it on a removable mold about 24 cm in diameter. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180º heat up and down.
- For the filling, put the cream cheese in a bowl, mix it with the sugar and the 2 eggs.
- Dissolve the starch with the lemon juice and add it to the cheese preparation, add the cream and vanilla essence mix everything and pour it over the dough.
- Bake at 180º for an hour, let it cool in the oven and then refrigerate it with the mold, just when you are going to cut it, remove it from the refrigerator and unmold it.
