How to Make Tangerine cheesecake cups
Instructions
- Peel the tangerine and cut the slices in half.
- In a bowl, add the lemon juice and honey, creating like a syrup.
- Put the cut slices in the syrup and let them rest for about 10/15 minutes
- Crush the cookies or nougat until it is like sand to make the base of our cheesecake cups
- We make buttercream by mixing butter, huntar cheese and icing sugar. Beat it with a few sticks until it is smooth and creamy
- We are assembling our cheesecake inside the base in layers, first the cookie base, then the buttercream and finally the tangerines.
- You can also put some orange or mandarin jam at the end of the layers to decorate or even some pomegranate grains, let your imagination run wild.
