- While the butter or margarine is at room temperature, mix it with the sugar in a bowl, beat it until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Break the eggs in a separate bowl and slowly pour them into your mixture without stopping stirring. Once you stir well, add half of the flour, stir and then add the remaining flour.
- Add the milk to the mixture and the vanilla essence.
- Stir until you get a uniform dough.
- Once the dough is ready, it's time to assemble the cupcakes, for this you can use a pastry bag, or a spoonful of ice cream, the important thing is that when filling the cupcake molds it is spread evenly.
- Preheat the oven to maximum heat for about 5 to 10 minutes as long as it reaches about 180°C
- With the oven already hot, place the molds in it and let them bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Check from time to time. To find out if they are ready, you can prick them with a toothpick and check that when you take it out it comes out dry, without dough.
- Once ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool to room temperature. Once cold you can enjoy some delicious cupcakes!
