How to Make Cupcakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180º, heat up and down.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar, until integrated and you get a frothy mixture. Add the oil, vanilla extract and milk. Whisk again.
- Add, with wrapping movements, the flour and baking powder until incorporated and set aside. Divide the mixture into 12 muffin tins. Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick pricked it comes out clean and dry.
