How to Make Panna-cotta with peach jam
Instructions
- In a bowl, hydrate the unflavored gelatin with ½ cup of milk, and place the rest in a pot together with the heavy cream and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Once the boiling point is reached, pour the hot mixture over the hydrated gelatin, add the vanilla and mix.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into glasses or glasses in whatever shape you want. It can be diagonal or horizontal depending on the package. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
