How to Make Apple tarantella
Instructions
- Cut the apples into cubes and place them in a pot with the lemon juice and half the sugar until they are pureed.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, yolks and the rest of the sugar, add the applesauce and vanilla.
- Mix the milk and cream and add the bread in pieces without the edges. Moisturize well and integrate into the egg mixture.
- Bring the sugar and water to the fire to form a caramel.
- Form a rectangular mold with the caramel.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil in a water bath at 150 degrees for 35 minutes.
