How to Make Apple cake
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180º
- In a bowl, place the butter and whisk it together with the sugar until it dissolves and takes on the consistency of a cream. Add the eggs and a pinch of salt, then beat again.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift them and mix everything together.
- Peel 2 apples, peeled, into cubes and add them to the mixture; cut the remaining apple into slices and set aside.
- In butter and flour a mold, pour the mixture and place the apple slices on top of it. Sprinkle the cake with the 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- Bake the apple cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees
- Remove from the oven, paint the cake with jam and let it cool before serving.
