How to Make Banana bread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180º C
- Grind the bananas and add the lemon juice.
- In a bowl, place the oil with the sugar and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture; then add the eggs, vanilla essence and the pinch of salt. Whisk again.
- Sift the flour and baking powder, whisk and mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients.
- Add, if desired, the chopped walnuts and mix again.
- In butter and flour a mold suitable for baking, pour the mixture taking care not to exceed ¾ of the height of the mold, since when baked it will grow. Bake at 180º for 35 to 40 minutes.
- With the help of a stick or knife, prick it and check that it comes out dry.
- Let it cool down, unmold it and share it with your loved ones.
