How to Make Milk bread
Instructions
- Mix the milk with the sugar and the yeast.
- Sift the flour and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour in the milk mixture and knead with your hands for 10 minutes, it should acquire a soft and sticky consistency. Paint it with a little oil and cover it with film, let it rest for 90 minutes or until it doubles in size.
- Once it doubles in size, cut the dough and divide it into 16 small balls
- Butter a baking sheet and place the 16 balls in parallel, let them rest for 45 minutes until they grow.
- Preheat the oven to 180º
- Paint the rolls with a mixture of an egg and a little milk. Then sprinkle with sugar or coconut powder.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 12-16 minutes.
- If you want, once out of the oven, you can paint the milk bread with warm honey.
