How to Make Country bread
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients with the egg and milk.
- Add the water little by little, as you integrate the ingredients with your hands.
- Spread a layer of flour on the counter, turn the dough over and knead for about 10 minutes. Let the dough rest for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, put a layer of oil in a bread or cake pan. If you don't have a mold, place the ball on a tray with a thin layer of oil.
- Cover the dough with a kitchen towel.
- Put the mold on a pot, with water that has just boiled and leave it there for about 5 hours.
- Remove the cloth, paint the dough with olive oil and a layer of salt.
- Bake it at 220º for 10 minutes and then for 20 more minutes at 160º
