- Go incorporating all the ingredients, with your hands. The amount of water varies from flour to flour, so it is best to add it to the mixture little by little.
- When it is combined, flour the countertop and pour in the dough.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Separate the dough into small balls, roll them out, not too thick, with your hand or a kitchen stick and poke some holes in it with the fork. Let them rest for about 20 minutes, covered with a kitchen towel.
- After the rest time has elapsed, place them on a toaster or pan and leave them 5 minutes per side.
- Pair them with cheese and ground avocado.
