How to Make Grilled tofu

  • Leave the tofu in the bowl for about 40 minutes. In the meantime, pick an onion and cut it into strips.
  • Step 3
  • Place the slices on the hot grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat, turning occasionally. Add the onion and cook for a few minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Finish the dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
