How to Make Grilled tofu
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into slices. In a bowl, add the oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Stir and add the tofu.
- Leave the tofu in the bowl for about 40 minutes. In the meantime, pick an onion and cut it into strips.
- Place the slices on the hot grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat, turning occasionally. Add the onion and cook for a few minutes.
- Finish the dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
