How to Make Peach chicken
Instructions
- Fry the chicken trout in a saucepan over medium heat with 3 tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes, turning them in half the time.
- In this step you can add an optional pinch of paprika paprika.
- Reserve the trout separately.
- In the same pan where the chicken was browned, add the onion and sauté while stirring for five minutes or until the onion changes color (more golden)
- Add carrots and garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes while stirring.
- Add the chicken back to the pan, add the broth and peas.
- You can add salt and a little bit of merkén to taste.
- Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Serve with white or brown rice, puree, etc.
