- To prepare the marinade, mix the honey, ketchup and soy sauce in a large deep bowl. Wash the chilli pepper, peel it and chop it thoroughly. Peel the garlic and grind it. Clean the chives thoroughly and cut into thin slices. Mix all ingredients well.
- Rinse the chicken thighs, let the water drain well, if necessary, dry them with absorbent kitchen paper.
- Spread them well in the marinade, cover them and refrigerate them overnight.
