How to Make Zucchini rolls
Instructions
- Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut into thin slices with the help of a mandolin.
- Pour some oil on a kitchen grill, roast the zucchini slices a little and set aside.
- In a mincer, pour the shredded chicken, the two boiled eggs, the teaspoon of ground garlic, the oregano and a little salt, and beat until it forms a paste.
- Preheat the oven to 180º C.
- Put a little of the mixture on the zucchini strip and roll up.
- Place the zucchini rolls on a tray suitable for the oven and sprinkle some ground garlic on top.
- On top of the garlic, add fried tomato, the amount to taste of each one and on top of the tomato a little grated cheese.
- Bake for about 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.
