How to Make Crab cake
Instructions
- In a bowl, place the bread crumbs with our hands and add the milk and let it rest.
- Now we chop 1 clove of garlic and 1 onion.
- Fry the garlic with the onion in a drizzle of oil and add a pinch of salt, sibarite, and stir until the onion is soft.
- Now in a bowl we add the drained bread a little, the milk, the pine, the crab and little by little we add 3 tablespoons of cream, we should have a paste left, try to see if it lacks cream, it's according to taste.
- We take some plates of clay, and butter them and add the prepared pasta.
- Now add the grated cheese and gratin them in the oven for about 10 minutes, or take them out when they are golden brown.
