How to Make French toast (pain perdu). Recipe for use.
Instructions
- Cut the slices of bread, a finger thick more or less if the bread is a day or two thick, better.
- Mix the egg, milk and sugar.
- Prepare the pan on the fire with a little butter, just to fry our slices there doesn't need to be much just so that they don't stick together and are golden in color.
- Soak the slices on both sides in the mixture, but without breaking them.
- Place the slices in the pan, over medium heat, on each side until golden brown on both sides.
