Instructions

    Step 1
  • Cut the slices of bread, a finger thick more or less if the bread is a day or two thick, better.
  • Step 2
  • Mix the egg, milk and sugar.
  • Step 3
  • Prepare the pan on the fire with a little butter, just to fry our slices there doesn't need to be much just so that they don't stick together and are golden in color.
