How to Make Malaga wine donuts
Instructions
- Fry the sesame seeds in the oil and set aside until cold
- In a bowl, put the sugar, almonds, sweet wine, anise, lard, salt and cinnamon, mix everything and add the oil (which was cold with the sesame seeds)
- Add the flour and knead until you have a dough, you have to squeeze it so that if it crumbles
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin even more or less centimeter thick, cut the rolls and put them on baking paper.
- Bake at 180* about 12 minutes, take out let it cool down a little (be careful that they break very soon) and coat one by one in icing sugar and that's it.
