How to Make Quick and easy creps.
Instructions
- Whisk the egg whites with the milk or vegetable drink and with the teaspoon of vanilla essence. Then add the pan and flour and beat until all the ingredients are well integrated.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and oil it a little so that they don't stick to us. Add a little mix to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Cook for a few seconds on one side and turn around. As they are finite, they are cooked right away. Ready!! Once we have finished with the mix we just have to spread it with our favorite toppings and let's eat!!
- We accompanied them with melted chocolate, some slices of banana and with the Kinder Bueno cream that I shared with you a few days ago... delicious!!!! Bon Appetit.
