How to Make Homemade pizza kneaded by hand
Instructions
- In the bread maker: put water, oil, salt and finally flour and yeast. Program 12 pizza dough. Let it rest and leave for 1\\\ '30 minutes In Thermomix: water, oil and salt, 2 minutes, V 2 at 37°. Then flour and baking powder and 2 minutes herring. Let it rise and rest for 2 hours. By hand: mix everything in a bowl, make a ball, put oil in the bowl and on top of the ball. Let it rest and leave for 2 hours.
- Take out the dough, put flour on the countertop, knead into creases and divide into 2, 3 or 4 parts depending on the number of pizzas or size.
- Make balls, cover them in bowls and let them rest for another half hour or 45 minutes.
- Spread the dough with your fingers on the trays, add ingredients to taste, first tomato, cheese and other ingredients.
- The oven preheated to the maximum temperature of your oven, (mine at 270°). Put it in the lowest part and in about 12 or 15 minutes it will be ready.
