How to Make Filled Filo dough candies
Instructions
- Cut the peppers, the onion into julienne strips and fry it with a little olive oil.

- We fold from top to bottom as shown in the picture.
- And then from bottom to top to close it as if it were a cannellon.
- We fold the ends down and then up to form the candy.
- We will put olive oil to heat and once this is done we fry them back and forth, with care because they are done very soon. We will let them drain on drying paper.
- Finally, with some chives of about 10 cm, we will tie the ends together and we will have a formed caramel.
- We serve them together as starters or separately as an accompaniment to a dish. It is also very good for him to pour a little tomato jam on top.
