    Step 1
  • Butter a 12-piece muffin tin
  • Step 2
  • Fill the molds into circular shapes with a pastry cutter or the edge of a glass and prick the base with a fork.

  • Add milk, cream, lemon peel and cinnamon to the Thermomix glass. 10min/80°/speed 1
  • Step 5
  • Wait for it to temper and remove the lemon and cinnamon if we put it on a stick and let it temper.
  • Step 6
  • Turn on the oven at 220° and add the sugar, egg yolks, flour and cornstarch to the glass. 5 sec/speed 4
  • Step 7
  • Cook 7min/90°/speed 4
  • Step 8
  • Retrieve the mold and fill the tartlets.
  • Step 9
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until the cream is golden brown at 220°
  • Step 10
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
  • Step 11
  • And that's it.
