How to Make Apple pie with custard
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the flour, the sugar, the cold butter in cubes and combine with a spoon or hand mixer until you get a gritty mixture.
- Add vinegar and water, integrate.
- Gather the dough, cut it into 2 parts, one a little larger than the other. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
