How to Make Vegan orange brioche
Instructions
- Put the flour in a bowl
- In another bowl, mix the vegetable drink, the orange juice, the margarine, the oil, the yeast, the orange zest and the pan.
- Dilute everything well and add the mixture to the flour bowl. Knead very well until you get a very smooth dough and place it in a bowl, cover it with a cloth and let it rest. I had to leave it for quite some time, about an hour and a half approximately.
- Once its volume has doubled, we knead it lightly again, removing the air. We divide the dough (I have divided it into 11 80g balls) we shape it into a ball with our hand trying to put pressure on the dough.
- Brush the mold with a little olive oil and place the balls, cover and let them rest for another 1 hour and a half.
- After the time has passed, I painted them with a mixture of a little olive oil, vegetable drink and turmeric to give it a little more color and I baked it for 20 minutes at 200°C.
