How to Make Mushroom toast, Iberian bacon and gorgonzola.
Instructions
- Brown the bacon in pieces in a pan and set aside.
- Cut the mushrooms into 6 pieces and mix them with the aromatic herbs. Saute them in the pan where we have browned the bacon.
- Add the bacon to warm it up and remove it from the heat.
- We put the slice of bread to toast.
- While the mushrooms are hot, add the cheese in pieces and stir so that with the heat it melts and is homogeneous.
- All that remains is to put this mixture on top of the toast and garnish with chives and crispy onions.
