On top of each of the two breasts, we add some strips of bacon (it can also be ham), a slice of cheese split in two, and we take the other two breasts to finish the filling, covering everything as a sandwich.
- With the silicone brush, we paint the breasts that will act as the top cover and we also pepper those two breasts and also sprinkle paprika on them if we want. 🧂🌶 -On a plate we put our flour, and in a bowl we beat an egg (enough for the amount of breast we have). We pass our stuffed breasts through flour and then through the egg to leave them breaded.
- Put our breaded breasts on the grill at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. (The idea is to make it tender and golden). 🔥 -When there are 2-3 minutes left we check if they are golden to our liking and turn our breasts to brown them on the other side.
