To share a healthy snack with friends, I'm going to teach you how to prepare delicious protein cookies.
Optionally, you can add some small raisins to taste with a vegetable juice drink.

How to Make Protein cookies
Instructions
- Mix the flour with the protein and the baking powder in a bowl
- In another bowl, beat the egg and mix it with the sucralose (or sweetener) and the vegetable milk.
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Once you have achieved the dough, the chocolate chips or the blueberries (it depends on what you want to do) and mix very well.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.
- Put extended baking paper in a tray and with a spoon and very calmly and naturally take the dough and make small balls by placing them on the paper.
- Put the cookies in the oven and wait for about 10 minutes at 200°C, watching how they are toasted on top.
- And finally, once you have them, take them out and serve them on a plate until they cool down.
- In my case, I keep them in an airtight tupper to eat from time to time 😊.
- PS: THE BEST THING ABOUT BLUEBERRY ONES IS TO SEE HOW\\\ "THEY BLEED\\\” AND LEAVE BLUE AND PURPLE SPOTS INSIDE.
