How to Make Gluten-free croissants
Instructions
- I used this puff pastry from Mercadona
- Preheat the oven to 220°
- We unroll the dough and cut the ends so that it is as square as possible
- Cut the dough into triangles
- We can put topping or not. I have put white chocolate, chocolate cream and others with nothing
- We make a cut at the base and roll it up
- We take the dough that we have cut from the ends and make a ball and stretch it and try to leave it in a square shape (more or less) and do the same as with the large dough
- Put a vegetable leaf on a baking sheet and put the croissants, leaving space between them
- Beat an egg in a bowl and, with the help of a brush, paint them on top.
- We set up the oven and we are controlling them, when they are golden brown we remove them and put them on a rack so that they release the moisture
- Let it cool down a bit and serve.
